Goal Setting: Becoming Your Future Self: This interactive workshop is designed for individuals ready to slow down, gain clarity, and intentionally move forward. Participants will identify a meaningful goal and explore the mindset, decisions, and habits needed to achieve it. Through guided reflection and visualization, attendees gain insight into their “future self” and translate that awareness into clear goals and practical next steps.
