Hi, I’m Misty Deal. I’ve been in nursing for 30 years, with over a decade dedicated to men’s health—providing one‑to‑one education, clinic triage support, and practical coaching that meets men where they are. I saw a persistent gap between clinical advice and real life experience: the core drivers of low energy, rising metrics, and burnout weren’t being addressed. What was needed was a proven system and accountability rather than more pills and information.
